Sustainable architect in Worcester

Who I am

I’m David Holland, an award-winning architect working throughout Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and the Cotswolds. I deliver beautifully crafted contemporary architecture that is sustainable, ethical and fit for the unique challenges of the twenty-first century.

What I do

I regularly work on residential architecture projects, including extensions, remodelling and new-builds throughout Worcestershire and beyond. I take pride in working with clients who value sustainability and beautiful design. I also have experience of working with housing developers and affordable housing providers.

I have a vast amount of experience in architecture services that focus on conservation projects, including listed building consent, conservation areas, and scheduled monuments. One of my favourite things is combining my experience in conservation with my passion for sustainability.

I work with a range of independent local and regional businesses around the West Midlands and beyond, including artisan makers and crafts-people, as well as hospitality businesses ranging from cafes and coffee shops to hotels, eco-tourism sites and restaurants serving seasonal, local produce.

Charities and CICs

Given my skills and values, my services are particularly suited to charities and community interest companies that are attempting to address issues relating to climate change, biodiversity loss, animal welfare, homelessness and mental well-being. I also donate a percentage of my time to supporting charities on a pro-bono basis, as well as pledging a portion of my profits to charity.
